5. Passive data collection


When you navigate through content or interact with content on our website, usage data is transmitted through the respective internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files, each time you access our site. For the processing and storage of your data we use as Hosting Server Heroku. Heroku is a subsidiary of salesforce.com. or a company affiliated with this company ('salesforce.com'). The servers and databases provided by Heroku are located in Ireland / Europe and are subject to European data protection regulations.

Google Analytics of Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'Google'):

Google Analytics is a web analytics service that uses cookies stored on your computer that allow you to analyze the use of the website.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. With this tool, movements on the websites where Hotjar is used to understand (so-called heat maps). For example, you can see how far users are scrolling and which buttons users click as often. When using this tool, WeSource pays special attention to the protection of your personal data. Calendly, LLC (hereinafter referred to as 'Calendly'):

WeSource uses Calendly, LLC's calendar service on some websites. Calendly, LLC. is a US-based company located at 1315 Peachtree St NE Atlanta, GA 30309, USA.

With this tool, calendar requests from users are transferred directly to the Google Calendar of WeSource employees. No user data is stored on Calendly's servers and databases. The data needed by the users for the calendar inquiries will be on the servers and database

Crisp IM SARL (hereafter referred to as 'crisp'):

WeSource uses Crisp IM SARL's chat service on some websites. Crisp IM SARL is a French company located at 149 Rue Pierre Semard, 29200 Brest, France, (registration number: 83308580600010)

With this tool, the user can contact our customer service. The data stored during the conversation with our customer service is anonymized and not directly related to any identifiable user, be it personal identity or network information. The input of personal data is not necessary and is voluntary.

WeSource uses Functional Software, Inc.'s dba Sentry error tracking service on some websites. Functional Software, Inc. dba Sentry is a US-based company located at 132 Hawthorne St, San Francisco, CA 94107

9. Newsletter

Users of our websites can subscribe to a newsletter to receive information about Active Sourcing. Registration for the newsletter is via a "double-opt-in" procedure. A deregistration from the newsletter is possible at any time. A transfer of the data, which was saved in the course of the registration to the newsletter, to third parties never takes place.

10. The security of your data

We take precautions to protect your data and to prevent abuse from the outside. WeSource uses measures such as encryption (SSL encryption) of user data.
